WHAT IS HOLISITIC HEALTH?

Anne Munson defines holistic health as looking at the entire spectrum of an individual’s health—mind, body, and spirit.

How do you define your holistic health?

SPIRIT

 Your foundation is your spirit and best described as “Know Thyself”, who you truly are, what you deeply, authentically desire, and how you most happily exist in this world.

MIND

Once you know who you are (and this can take years to discover), you can more effectively develop, heal & use your mind to create your life as you most deeply desire it.

BODY

Once you are more clear and strong in Spirit and Mind, only then can you most effectively work on your body & physical health.

About Anne Munson

With a strong background in nutrition, exercise physiology, and mindfulness practices, I take a holistic approach to coaching my clients in body, mind, and spirit. Together, we identify their unique health goals and design personalized plans that encompass healthy eating habits, regular physical activity, stress reduction techniques, and other lifestyle changes to foster balance and vitality.  

I’m certified as a Holistic Health & Wellness Coach from the American Fitness Professionals Association (AFPA), with an additional certification in Holistic Nutrition.  I’m also certified in Energy Medicine Levels 1 & 2.  I’ve had a corporate career in administration and marketing, was a real estate agent, a photo stylist in commercial photography, and production coordinator.  Last but not least, I have a PhD in Life and my thesis is How To Live It To Be Your Best and Happiest Self!
